From Lab To Boxer/Bulldog

We love PAWSitive Endings but when they come with DNA findings we love them even more. Jennifer Nessler happily shared a ton of pictures of their new family member and we are happy to share them with you.

“We wanted to give you guys an update on how Rosie (formally Jane) and how she is doing. We adopted her on July 6th and she has been a perfect addition to our family. She just started to play fetch with us as well as learning what is hers to chew on and what’s not.

She is so smart and loves to run around the yard or lay at your feet. The cat has learned to accept her and she has learned not to chase him. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog to join our family and are so happy we found her to give her a forever home.

We have done a DNA test on our wonderful girl. She was our black and white Lab mix that we fell in love with the moment we saw her. Turns out that our perfect puppy has turned from black to more of a really dark brown tint with red and doesn’t have any Lab in her. The test came back at mostly Boxer with some Bulldog.

She’s doing great. Her favorite thing to do is find sticks and to chase bugs outside. Loves car rides and going on walks.

Thank you for helping us find Rosie and for all you do.” — Jennifer Nessler
